In the inspire of late medieval illuminated manuscripts and Jean de La Fontaine Fables, I decided to illustrate some Jean de La Fontaine Fables in Arabic late medieval illuminated manuscript style. The illustration emphasized two moral stories of Aesop’s fable Jean de La Fontaine. 1. “The Crow and The Fox” 2. “The Tortoise and the Hare” The illustrations where my hand drawn using acrylic colors, and the body text was by my hand written in a calligraphic style using black ink.
